“He said to them, ‘The Scriptures declare, ‘My Temple will be called a house of prayer.’”
We do a lot of things in church. We sing, we preach, we have weddings, we have funerals, we have multiple meetings, but Jesus didn’t say His house should be called a house of singing, preaching or weddings. He said His house should be called a house of prayer. This indicates this is the activity He wants us to do above and more than any other. Talk to Him. Hear from Him. We have an opportunity over the next three days to do just that. Pray.

As some of you know, I belong to a church in Kalamazoo called Mt. Zion and we are having a 36 hour prayer event beginning today Thursday through Friday and Saturday at 9am to 8pm.
