What's My Name?

For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And He will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
— ISAIAH 9:6 (NLT)

Whatever your birth name is, it changed when you accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior. From the very beginning He called you to be great! More than a conqueror. A peculiar person. It doesn’t matter what the world may call you. What matters is that you don’t answer to it! Think of everything Jesus’ persecutors called Him. Now think about everything YOU call Him. Wonderful Counselor. Mighty God. Prince of Peace. That’s His name! So, do you know your name? Discover (or rediscover) what God named you and act on it. Walk in it. Be blessed by it. Break the chains that enslave you from becoming what God called you.
