We all have some faults and shortcomings. We’re not perfect. We may have been created in God’s image, but we’re not God. Many would say we’re a work in progress and that God isn’t finished with us yet. Others may say that God is still working on us. Welp… Hate to say it, but that’s some stinking thinking!

When God says something, that’s it. It’s settled. It’s true. It’s done. He’s not working on you. You’re working on you. If God says you’re free from debt, you’re free. If Jesus lead you to triumph, you’re triumphant! Christ has already worked out everything for you. You only need to decide to accept it. You’re more than a conqueror. Nothing is impossible for you. You’re capable of loving your enemy and forgiving those who spitefully used you. It’s already worked out because God said it. The heavy lifting has been done. All that’s left for you to do is agree with Christ, believe it, and do it because it’s already done.
