“And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.”
On my drive into work today, I took note of the sun rising. It was the perfect blend of color for a sunrise. It warmed my face as the light it produced erased the darkness in its path. Then, I began to think, “God is truly amazing! All He had to say was ‘Let there be light’ and there was light.” Then that thought led me to think about all the other things God has said that also drives out darkness. The darkness in our minds.

If God’s words can produce light every single day, what else can it do? Well, God said you were more than a conqueror. God said you have dominion over everything He created. God said you are the righteousness of Him. God said you are loved, forgiven, capable of doing the impossible, His ambassador, His workmanship, Holy, and blessed. And if He said it, it must be true! All you have to do is accept it and walk in it. Just look outside! The light from the sun will prove it’s already done for you.
