There will be many times in life people won’t understand or agree with you. Various opinions, choices and lifestyles heavily influence who we are and what we do as individuals. “Why did you vote for the democratic party instead of the republican party?”  “Why did you go out with him when you make more money than him?” “You shouldn’t go to college. You’d do better finding a good job.” “Why did you leave Cleveland to play for the Lakers?”

To live your best life, you have to make the best decisions for yourself. Contrary to popular opinion, what’s trending, or even what your family and friends may say, at the end of the day, you have to live with the decisions you make. And the same is true for your belief in Christ. People may think you’re foolish for having faith and believing in the power of God. Others may think it’s unnecessary to bless your food before each meal. There are those that think prayer doesn’t work and that you’re wasting your time. Don’t listen. Continue to do what’s right for you even while others mark it foolishness. You don’t have to defend it. You don’t have to explain it. (They’re not listening anyway.) Instead, let them see your fruit. Let them witness your prosperity and peace from the decision you made to follow Jesus.
