Think about all you have to do today. You may have an extremely long and busy to-do list or you may have a purposely short, but productive to-do list. You probably have to pick up the kids, do laundry or get groceries for dinner tonight. You may have three meetings before lunch, an expense report that was due yesterday and some emails to respond to. When you think about all the things you have to do today, is at least one of those things giving thanks to GOD?

Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to GOD the Father through Him. Be sure GOD is in everything you do. When you wake up, “Thank you, GOD!” When you read this devotional, “Thank you, Jesus.” Up the stairs, down the stairs, getting groceries, running meetings, replying to emails, getting gas, using the bathroom, whatever – give thanks to GOD. Not only are you glorifying GOD, but you’re centering your spirit with Christ acknowledging you can only do all things through Him because you realize this is where your strength comes from. Whatever you do, whatever you say, do it all in the name of Jesus.
