My family recently took a vacation on the west coast. One of the things we did was be part of the studio audience for a live taping of The Family Feud at Universal Studios Hollywood hosted by Steve Harvey. We were able to witness things that you don’t see on TV. The jokes, the banter, the stage crew, and Steve Harvey’s interaction with us was priceless! At the end of the taping, Steve Harvey took a moment to tell us how important it was to have GOD in his life and encouraged us to have a relationship with Christ. He gave a brief testimony of how he was not perfect, but nothing he has or is doing would be possible without GOD.

As believers, it’s important that we take time to acknowledge GOD in everything we do. You may say, “I can’t talk to people about GOD on my job like Steve Harvey can.” That may be true, but you can tell everyone how good GOD has been to you. Don’t be ashamed of where and what GOD has delivered you from and don’t be afraid to tell your story wherever you are. Try sharing your personal testimony with your family, friends, and co-workers. You may find your story to go further than the scripted, “Do you have a church home?” spill. Acknowledge GOD in all things and watch Christ work in the lives of others!
