PRACTICE SHARING

Share with the Lord’s people who are in need.
— ROMANS 12:13a (NIV)

In elementary school, lessons of sharing are often taught. It’s in kindergarten we learn to share our favorite crayon. It’s in first grade we learn to take turns at the water fountain. It’s in third grade we learn to share snacks with our classmates. At the time, we may not have known that these were life lessons we were taught. We were taught whatever we had, it was worth sharing and it was the right thing to do.

Share with your family and friends by clicking HERE

Before you learned in elementary school about sharing, God already placed the sentiment in your heart by His Word and spirit. He wants you to share with His people who are in need. It doesn’t always have to be money, but sometimes, it is. However, there are other ways you can share and meet the needs of the Lord’s people. It could be a simple smile and heartfelt greeting that makes the difference in the life of another. It could be a listening ear and godly advice. Believe that you have enough to share no matter how little you may think you have. God has a blessing waiting for you when you go out of your way to share with His people who are in need.
