“My eyes are ever on the LORD, for only He will release my feet from the snare.”
Ever hear the phrase, “Look at the big picture?” Someone will tell you that when they are trying to convince you not to focus on the small thing, but the most important facts about a situation and the effects of that situation on other things. Sometimes those small things can ensnare us. The more we dwell on them, the bigger they become. We become trapped when we allow ourselves to become consumed by those small things and when we take our eyes off the big picture

There are going to be some bad rough spots in life. Some days, weeks, or even months, you may wish you could fast forward to better times. Just remember, if you keep your eyes forever on the Lord, He will release you from whatever ensnares you. Don’t allow those small things to worry you to the point you forget GOD’s big picture – Jesus. Whatever the problem, it’s not bigger than Christ. I get it! Sometimes the pain becomes a bit too much. Sometimes your body gets weary from running the race. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually. It’s happened to me too. A lot! But then I remember to put my problem side by side with the Lord and I watch as the power of Christ eclipses it. In your time of trouble, grief or despair, remember GOD has a bigger picture and to ever focus your eyes on it.
