You know you’re not what he called you. You know she doesn’t have the power to do what she threatened to do to you. What you do know is who you are in Christ and that no one has power unless the Father gives it.

As a believer, you have to represent Christ at all times. You may have to be the reasonable one. You may have to be the one to de-escalate a matter you didn’t start. But in order to get along with others or resolve issues in life, you have to shine the light of Jesus on them. If you walk in the light, as Christ is in the light, you will have fellowship and harmony with others, and then you allow the blood of Jesus to purify all involved from sin. Shine some light on your conflict. Don’t continue to walk in the dark and away from the ways of Christ. Be the bigger person. Forgive. Forget. Live Life.
