I Will Remember

I will remember the deeds of the LORD; yes, I will remember Your miracles of long ago. I will consider all Your works and meditate on all Your mighty deeds.
— PSALM 77:11 - 12 (NIV)

God has done, and is doing, great things for and in us. Sometimes we can forget all He’s done and how He’s sustaining us daily, but God’s deeds are countless and meditating on them will only help us to remember all He’s done along with who and what we are in Him.

When my friends turn against me, I will remember You are for me.

When my enemies throw shade, I will remember no weapon formed shall prosper.

When my health starts to fail, I will remember by your stripes I’m healed.

When the world tells me “I can’t,” I will remember I’m more than a conqueror.

When I feel defeated, I will remember You always cause me triumph.

When I feel condemned, I will remember there is no condemnation in You.

When I don’t feel loved, I will remember You love me so much You gave Your only Son.

When I don’t feel worthy, I will remember You died for me while I was yet a sinner.

When I feel like a failure, I will remember I can do all things because You give me strength.

When I feel like giving up, I will remember You promised to renew my strength.

God continues to perform miracle after miracle in your life. Take time to remember the deeds of the Lord and meditate on them day and night, and whatever you’re facing today will have to change.

He’s Great!
