As godly men, we must make sure we introduce our children to our God. It’s cool to dress them like us, practice shooting jump shots, or even prepare them to run their own businesses, but without God in their lives, none of that matters.
The best thing you can pass on to your children is a life with Christ. In Christ, your seed will understand their purpose and not have to seek the world for it. God blessed you with a child to develop into a righteous man or righteous woman. In this, you will find great joy! There is nothing better to rejoice over than hearing your children pray to God on their own or knowing they can do all things through Christ because He strengthens them. This Father’s Day, don’t take it for granted, or leave it to someone else. Make sure your children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and mentees know who Christ is and why it is important to have Him in their lives. You’ll experience great joy knowing you’ve help change their lives forever.
