Keep It Moving

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
— EPHESIANS 1:7 (NIV)

We all have sinned. We all have made mistakes. It can be hard to forgive yourself and move on in life.  Maybe your family constantly reminds you of how you’ve messed up in the past or the people you called friend aren’t there for you anymore. You’re reminded of your sin. That memory makes you feel guilty. That guilt makes you feel worthless. But while you were a sinner, Jesus Christ died for you because He thought you were worth it!

Because of Jesus’ blood, you are forgiven for your sins. You don’t have to keep reliving what you may have done wrong in the past over and over. You have too much life to live! Don’t let it pass you by. Try to understand what caused you to sin. Find the root cause and remove that from your life with the strength of Christ. Ask God to forgive you. Now, repent. Then keep it moving! You still have purpose regardless of the sin you’ve been forgiven of. Jesus has more things for you to do as His ambassador. God loves you and can still use you, but you have to keep it moving.

If God can forgive you…
