The world does not need believers to play the blame game. Our communities do not need followers of Christ to stand by silently. Our churches do not need more t-shirt wearers or saints that feel promoted only because of a title. What is needed is for us to freely give to others what Christ freely gave to us.

Jesus freely gave you and me the ability to change the condition of the world and its people. You possess the power to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse, and drive out demons. I’m not talking about purchasing or selling blessed handkerchiefs, holy bottled water, or other gimmicks that take advantage of people. I’m talking about doing the work of our Lord because you want to bless others the way that Christ has blessed you. You have been freely given the power to restore health to those around you. You have been freely given the ability to raise hope and peace in the lives of others where it was once dead. You can help cleanse those who suffer from addictions and abuse. You can drive out demons that have perverted and clouded the minds of God’s people. Our world needs to change, and God wants to use you to do it. Can He count on you?
