“For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is He who will save us.”
It’s easy to get wrapped up in all the political drama that surrounds us. We’re told by one network that one candidate can’t sustain our country for being a liar, while another network says the other candidate can’t restore our country’s greatness for being an unqualified racist. It would honestly make the average person believe we’re limited to relying on one or the other in preserving our way of life or to save us.
Believers have to know better! Only Jesus can save us. You serve a God who is judge, lawgiver, Lord, and King! No politician, lawmaker, or human has power unless the Father gives it. You serve a God who made the heavens and the earth. Who brings change to the seasons and wind from the north, south, east, and west. One who owns the thousand hills the cattle rest upon. The one who knows what tomorrow holds for you. While it is important to vote and have leaders that best represent our nation, be careful not to place human power above the supernatural saving power of Jesus Christ. It is He that can make America great again.
