Celebrate that fact that you have been set free by Christ. You are no longer chained and in bondage from the snares of sin or death. You no longer have to hang your head privately or publicly perform a shame walk because there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
When Christ died for you, He took the sin of the world with Him. You now are blessed to go before Him, ask for forgiveness, and be purified from all unrighteousness. Make the decision today to ask Jesus for forgiveness, forgive yourself and repent, then start over fresh walking in the freedom Christ has given you.
