“A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.”
A good friend of mine and fellow deacon joined me in a bowling league this season. Greg is a sought after personal trainer and gifted in what he does. His energy is electrifying, matched only by a physique that makes you wanna drop and do twenty push-ups! While bowling, a person from the opposing team was drawn by his renowned energy, and could obviously tell he worked out. Before I knew it, he made a connection and she became one of his clients. Today, his business has increased to the point where he is no longer free to bowl on our league night.
When you walk in your gifted area, God will bless you without you even trying. Allow the light of Christ to shine through you and your works and people will be drawn to you. You will find His blessings knocking at your door. If you haven’t experience this yet, be patient with yourself and use time today discovering and perfecting your gift. It will prepare you for when the knock comes to your door.
