When we read about angels in scripture, we find that they have super-human strength, power, and wisdom. For example, throughout the Bible, we find God uses His angels to fight great battles and wars knowing they will prove successful against the enemy. Angels were also used to deliver His messages or comfort believers, including Jesus after He was tempted of Satan. God created angels to serve Him, carry out His will, and righteously represent Him in heaven and on earth.
The next time life tries to smack you around, remember God created you a little lower than the angels and promised you success by crowning you with glory and honor. We’re not talking the Tooth Fairy here. We’re talking the power of great angels like Michael, the archangel who defeated Satan during war, or the knowledgeable Gabriel, the agent of God. Just like angels, God has faith in your success. He’s entrusted you with His strength, power, and wisdom to righteously represent Him to others on earth.
