Whatever chaos you’re experiencing today, stay at peace. Usher the grace of our Lord into your life. Anger makes you rush into judgement. Stress will leave you at the other end of a bad decision. Keep a cool head. Don’t say the first thing that pops into your head. Don’t do the first thing that pops into your head. That’s what the enemy wants you to do – join the chaos. You can’t extinguish a house on fire from the inside. Find peace.

Only when you allow yourself to be a peace with others or your situations can God crush Satan under your feet. If you try to figure it out yourself or do it your way, you’re in control, not God. Trust me, you want God in control. Don’t let your co-workers provoke you. Don’t let the media influence you. Only God can change things in your life. Only Christ can make all things new. So, in the middle of chaos, say a quick, quiet prayer, count to ten, take deep breathes, whatever it takes, but don’t give in. The grace of our Lord is with you and soon the peace of God will crush Satan under your feet.
