We’re surrounded by teachable moments every day. The world teaches plenty of lessons the hard way and is very effective in doing. But the worldly lessons aren’t always please to our Lord. The world tells us the wrong way to love one another, treat each other, how to talk, how to dress, and even erroneously tells us about our heritages. That’s why it’s important that we, as Christians, take time to teach what God says.

The key to success and a healthy life is in one that follows the commands of Christ. When you receive His wisdom, you will develop good judgment. Likewise, when you take time to teach the wisdom of Jesus Christ you will help others develop good judgment. And when people have good judgment, they make good decisions. And when good decisions are made, our world becomes a better place. But it all started with you taking the time to teach.

Heavenly Father, You taught me Your word that I have taken to heart and now I will take the time to teach others to follow Your command so they may live, get wisdom, and develop good judgment. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
