“Seek good, not evil, that you may live. Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you, just as you say He is.”
Whatever you put out into the world is what the world is going to give you. If you say to yourself “I’m going to have a bad day” or “I’m tired” you’ve already defeated yourself before you began. You didn’t even give yourself a fighting chance. Sure, everyday won’t go your way, but you can choose the way you react in each day and it all begins with what you are saying. Your spirit is always listening to the words you choose to feed it with.

Today, make a conscious effort to seek good and not evil. Let your dreams live. Let your goals manifest. Use phrases like “I can” and “I will.” Stay away from “I can’t” and “I never…” When you put negative thoughts and energy into the world and into your spirit, that’s exactly what will be returned to you. But when you start to infuse your spirit with the word of God, the world has to listen to its master. The enemy will fall under your feet. Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you, just as you say He is.
