Call His Name

…for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’
— ROMANS 10:13 (NIV)

There is power in the name of Jesus. In His name is salvation. When you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, your life immediately changes. But professing His name doesn’t have to stop there. It starts there. Jesus wants you to continually call on His name to be saved by His love, provisions, safety, power, grace, mercy and wisdom.

When you call upon His name, He promised to answer you and show you great and mighty things that you do not know. In His name is peace to calm every storm in your life. In His name is the patience you need to endure the current testing of your faith. At the mention of His name, circumstances must change. Try calling His name in the midst of chaos and confusion instead of excepting worldly substitutes. Jesus is always ready to show up and show out in your life. And if you’re blessed to have everything going great for you today, call His name and say, “Thank You, Jesus!”
