“So Jesus answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.’”
As believers we know that there’s life after death. We celebrate the idea of eternal life and returning home to Jesus where He has prepared a place for us. Pearly gates, streets of gold, no pain, no sickness, no sorrow. Just living with Jesus in heaven. Oh, happy day! But we don’t have to wait around for death to experience the blessings of God. He wants us to receive hundredfold blessings in this time!

If God has blessed you, tell the world of God’s goodness! If you once were sick and now you’re well, tell the world how good God’s been in this time! If you’ve been blessed with a job, a new house, able to go on vacation, brag about Jesus and what He’s done for you in this time. Don’t sit on your blessing. Don’t worry about what some people will think or say. (People will always have something to say!) When God blesses you, don’t be ashamed. Thank God and testify of His goodness to others, so that they too may have hope through your witness.
