The sun not only makes the earth comfortable by providing light and heat, but plants use light from the sun for photosynthesis, creating food for animals and oxygen for us to breathe. Even when you can’t see the sun due to clouds blocking it from view, it’s still working behind the scenes.

God not only wants to be your sun, but your shield too. He wants to provide you with life while protecting it at the same time. When the dark clouds enter your life and seem to block God from full view, He wants you to know He’s still there for you. He’s providing you love through His Son and light for your path by the Holy Spirit. Know that even in your darkest hour, God’s son is still shining for you.
