The vehicle I drive has a lot of miles on it. Every once in a while, the check engine light will pop on along with other little icons that light up my dashboard. But when I vacuum out the inside, wipe down the dash, run it through the car wash and gloss up my tires, it feels brand new. I swear it even drives differently once I rinse the old dirt off the outside and clean up the inside. I feel like it can go for another hundred thousand miles! (At least I pray it does!)

What dirt do you need God to rinse off you today? What mess on the inside can Jesus clean up and remove for you? Whatever you feel is holding you back from being the best you and living your best life, you cannot fix alone. I know you’ve tried. I have too! The truth is, God never asked you to have confidence in yourself, He asked that you have confidence in Him! He can make you new – inside and out. If you are in Christ, you are a new creation. Allow the old things holding you back to pass away while Jesus makes everything brand new in your life. You can’t clean out the mess. Only Christ can! You can’t get rid of the junk. Only Christ can! Choose to let God make all things in your life new and get ready to go another hundred thousand miles (plus) with Christ.
