At times, it may seem easy to take a break or just give up. You may even begin to question if it’s really worth living a godly life. You see other people living it up, doing whatever they want, coming and going as they please, ignoring responsibility and having a blatant disregard for others. Yet, there is a way that seems right to man, but in the end, it leads to death.

In your times of stress or doubt, make the conscious effort to follow God’s steps even closer. When the road gets rough, have faith that your Heavenly Father is still in control and knows what He’s doing. After your period of testing, know that you will come forth as pure gold! When you see others going astray and not following God’s word, don’t turn aside from what you’ve learned, studied, and prayed. God knows the life He has for you and every bump in the road is there to prepare you for the path predestined for you. You’re not new to persecution. You’re not new to being tried. God has delivered you before and He’s preparing you to do it again.
