Your Gifted Area

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
— 1 PETER 4:10 – 11 (NIV)

The body of Christ needs you to operate in your gifted area this year. You may be involved in ministry at your church or volunteer with different organizations within your community and that’s great! But there’s a specific area in God’s Kingdom where your natural strength fuses with God’s superior strength that yields supernatural results in your life and the lives of others.

When you’re busy doing ministry, volunteering, or at work and you think to yourself, “Hmph! I can do this all day!” more than likely you’re operating in your gifted area. The times you struggle to stay committed or become less interested, you may not be operating in your gifted area and that’s ok! You weren’t created to do everything which is why the body of Christ is connected. What I’d like you to do is take less than three minutes of your day and take this free spiritual gift assessment by clicking HERE even if you already know your gift(s). This quick assessment will tell you your top five spiritual gifts and help give you an idea of what your gifted area is. My results were (1) Leadership, (2) Administration, (3) Faith, (4) Helps, and (5) Service. After taking the short assessment, fill free to respond and tell me what you think about your results!  Just click HERE to take the spiritual gift assessment.
