Life moves very fast at times. I can think of days I’ve been so busy, that I’ve forgotten to eat! Rush, rush. Go, go. Busy, busy. I can also think of times when a friend mentioned to me something they were going through and I said the famous church phrase, “I’ll pray for you,” only to become so busy or distracted that I had forgotten to pray. I’m not going to make that mistake this Monday! I’m going to pray for you, my friend, right now…

Take time today to pray the same scripture above for a friend whether you know they need it or not. As we lift one another in prayer, God will orchestrate events in the universe to endorse our prayers and bring them into fruition. Will you stop to pray for a friend?
