Before purchasing my gym membership, I was given a tour of the facility. My tour guide pointed out all the amenities and privileges that came along with my membership. I would be able to use all the exercise equipment, free weights, circuit training, tanners, personal trainers, and massage chairs with twenty-four hour access. When I obtained my membership, I had unlimited access to everything my gym offered, but I limited my usage to the exercise equipment and free weights.

As God’s people, you are no longer foreigners and strangers. You are fellow citizens and members in the body of Christ. As a member of His household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, you now have twenty-four hour, unlimited access to God. You can pray to Jesus whenever you want. You can worship and praise God daily. But there are still some areas that come with your unlimited access you haven’t explored yet. There are promises God wants to reveal in you that you haven’t realized yet. There are blessings stored for you that you haven’t received yet. Don’t settle for what’s in front of you. God has more for you and you have unlimited access to everything Christ has to offer. Use your membership to the fullest!
