God has gifted each of us with an ability to bless others through service. It’s unfortunate most people misuse their gifts for selfish gain or personal gratification. They likely will never know what it feels like to be a faithful steward of God’s grace.
When you serve others in your gifted area, it isn’t to receive thank you’s or pats on the back. It’s to serve Him and act as an extension of God’s goodness to those who otherwise may not have experienced it at that moment. Use your gift today to lift someone who’s discouraged, under the weather, or could use a smile. Use whatever gift you have to serve others without reward. Not only will you be a blessing, but you’ll receive one too.
