A Gentle Word

A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
— PROVERBS 15:1 (NIV)

I can’t tell you how many times people have ruined my shopping experience! From people parking crazy in the parking lot to the floor associate acting as if I’m committing a crime in wanting them to help me find something that’s in their store. I often say the days of customer service are dead, but God always seems to prove me wrong by placing at least one person, with some sense, in my path that saves my shopping experience by saying, “Thank you” or “Did you find everything ok?” or “How are you today?”
