When you trust in God, you can take your eyes off your storm and experience God’s perfect peace. Your trouble won’t last always. God has made provisions for you that will replace your storm and trouble. I’m definitely not saying you can click your heels together or snap your fingers, and poof, all of your problems magically go away. No, it’s not that simple.

You may have to endure you storm longer than you’d want. The trouble you’re in my cause pain. But when you keep your mind stayed on God in your time of discomfort, He will comfort you and deliver you. He didn’t give you the strength to do all things for nothing. He didn’t bless you with His grace that’s sufficient just because. My friend, God’s strength, grace, and promise of perfect peace were made for days your mother warned you about. In the midst of trying times, remember to trust God and keep your mind steadfast on Him.
