God didn’t design us all to be the same. We are created unique in order to complement one another to be more productive as the body of Christ. True, we should all have the same goal of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, but how much would we get accomplished if we all had the same thoughts and ways?
Be sure to welcome each other’s uniqueness of opinions and ideas. Encourage one another to share their thoughts and help groom them into fruition. The body of Christ is made up of different members by design, and some of those “different” members God placed in your ministries. He is always doing a new thing and uses us to bring them about. Fan the flames of different thinking and help advance the kingdom of God.
