“… the LORD will give grace and glory...”
Feeling accomplished in life is something we all strive for. The promotion at work. The first place trophy. The plaque or award to show you’re appreciated for all the hardwork you’ve done. These things often make us feel like what we’re doing is worth it and without them, we may start to question is it worth it or why we even do it.
The grace and glory you search for has already been given to you by the Lord. Therefore, be confident. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not to be rewarded by people, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving and it is He that will give you grace and glory.
