We all have times when it seems as though nothing is stable in our lives. It’s hard to experience consistency from an imperfect world where employment rates are up and down, health problems are easily triggered by the environment, and social equality is often a struggle to achieve. But we can thank God and give Him praise, for the kingdom He has prepared for us to receive cannot be shaken! Because of God’s graciousness, we should show our gratitude by serving and offering worship acceptable and pleasing to God. When we turn our energy and attention to serving God, the imperfect things that surround us become smaller and less significant. Instead of preparing for tragedy, prepare for the inheritance God has for you.
