“Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails.”
God’s ways are not our ways. His way of thinking is far from ours. There are many times we wonder why He allows things to happen. Why He allows us to experience certain events throughout our lives. One reason these questions may show up is because things aren’t going the way we planned.
In these times, find hope in knowing God is still working everything out for your good because you love God and are called according to His purpose. Understand that God isn’t going to tell you everything. If you knew all He knew, your brain would explode! Scripture tells us the secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law. Make sure your plans align with God’s word and you’ll run right into His plan for you!
