Nothing But Love

But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.
— Philippians 1:14 (NIV)

With all of the unreal reality TV shows and negative social media, it can be easy to forget how to treat one another. Reality TV teaches you the proper way to tell off a person. Social media tells you who to condemn, ridicule, harass, or mock. But God has a different viewpoint on how we should treat those who aren’t for us. He instructs us to love our enemies. He wants us to do good to them and give of ourselves while expecting nothing in return. Don’t worry if they look at you foolish while acting a fool, because God said your reward from Him would be great. Jesus is kind to the unthankful, and since we are children of the Most High, then so should we.

Send them your love

Heavenly Father, I will love my enemies, do good, and lend to them hoping for nothing in return. Thank You for rewarding me greatly and showing me how to be kind to the unthankful and evil. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
— This is my prayer
