Have you ever noticed how people can talk about any and everything at work except Jesus Christ? People talk about what happened on “How to Get Away with Murder” or what happened on “The Bachelor” or “Power” and will tell you everything they liked about it. People will even share how their weekend went, but will leave out what their pastor preached about Sunday. Now, you don’t have to force your beliefs on anyone, but if someone asks you about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.

Can you tell someone why your faith is in Jesus? How would you explain to someone why they need Jesus? Part of worship is telling others how good God is. Are you ready? When Christ is Lord of your life, you have to be ready to display His love daily. Are you ready? If you are, great! If you’ve never thought about being ready, no problem. You still have time to prepare your heart today. Someone needs Jesus in their life and God is going to have them walk right across your path. Are you ready?
