TRUST

See, God has come to save me. I will trust in Him and not be afraid. The LORD GOD is my strength and my song; He has given me victory.

What do you do when times get rough and you feel like giving up? Who do you turn to when you have more questions than answers in life? What do you do when you feel like you’ve done all you can? You’ve made the hard decisions. You’ve moved on from people who only brought negativity in your life and pain. You’ve let go of controlling substances and things that interfered with your love relationship with Christ. But things still don’t seem to be getting any better. What do you do?

My friend, I encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord and not be afraid. When you’re afraid, you allow the enemy to creep into your mind and (re)introduce fear, hate, doubt, and failure. Don’t go back and definitely don’t give in! You’ve come too far. Trust God to come and save you in these times just as Isaiah says. When you’re weak, remember, the Lord is your strength. God is your answer. You already have the victory. You only need to realize it and keep walking in it.

God is your strength
