“And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road.”
When Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey, the people came out in droves to honor Him. They welcomed Him by spreading their clothes and branches they cut down from surrounding palm trees on the road He traveled. In honoring Christ, they made the path clear for Him to enter into their city.

Today, Jesus wants to enter your life using the pathway to your heart. He knows once you have a heart for God you will also have a mind for Christ. Make sure you’ve made the path to your heart clear for Jesus to enter. If there’s any unforgiveness blocking the way, forgive as Christ has forgiven you and get rid of it. If there’s any guilt, jealousy, or hate crowding the path, take the time to remove it. Welcome Jesus into your heart for the first time, again, by purposely clearing a path to honor Him.
