“In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and set me free.”

Whatever the issue or situation, prayer is your solution. There is power in prayer that can set you free. It’s the tool God gave to communicate with you. And though you don’t have to wait until you’re distressed to enter into prayer, it should be an automatic response to trouble when it arrives.
