“Therefore, as the Scriptures say, ‘If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.’”
Without God, we can do nothing. It is in God we live, and move, and have our being. Just think. Where would we be without Jesus? Everything we’ve experienced throughout the years. All the turmoil, heartache, and pain. All the pressures of society, racial injustices, and financial difficulties that we’ve survived and overcome. And through all that, and more, we’re still here. And that’s something to boast about!

When great things happen in your life that you simply can’t explain, that’s God. God did it! And that’s worth boasting about! Give God the praise knowing that you could not be where you are today if it were not for God. When you post your accomplishments on Facebook, boast about the Lord, and how Jesus made it all possible. When you share with family and friends make sure they know your spouse, your house, your job, your health, your success – God did it. So, if you want to boast, that’s something to boast about.
