All or Nothing

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
— Deuteronomy 6:4-5

Our God is a good God and deserves our very best. Our worship should not be out of obligation. Our praise should not only be offered to Him when things are going good in life. Scripture tells us to love God with all of our heart, soul, and strength. In other words, we should love God with our total being.

When you love God, it helps you put life into perspective. You realize the things you do in life are to glorify God and not to please man. You realize no person can stop you from being productive in your gifted area. Your total concern becomes focused on the Lord and the things that are pleasing to Him. When you love God, you can transform the hate from your haters into motivation to produce meaning ministry. When you love God, you know that one closed door means multiple doors are about to become open for you. When you give God your all, there’s no way you can lose and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. If people let you down or you’re faced with trying times, give God your all and He’ll give it back to you!
