“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Jesus has great plans for you today, but if you’re worried about what’s going to happen tomorrow you may miss them. When you pray “The Lord’s Prayer,” you say, “Give us this day, our daily bread.” Jesus taught us to make this request to God because He has favor and blessings stored up for us each day. He doesn’t want you to worry about tomorrow, but have faith and trust in Him to deliver on the promises He’s made to you.
Be prepared and ready your spirit to accept what God has for you today. Focus on fulfilling your purpose and living the abundant life Jesus wants for you. When you walk with Christ today, you won’t have to worry what tomorrow will bring.
Pray more. Worry less.
