“But now that you know God—or rather are known by God—how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable forces? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again?”
Good morning friend. You’ve made it to the start of a brand new week. You may have been tested, tried, or even broken last week, but you’re still here. You’re still here because of God’s grace and mercy. He’s aware of all your challenges last week. He saw your successes and the changes you’ve made in your life to achieve them. I want to encourage you this week to stay on that new path. Don’t give in to your flesh and turn back to those weak and miserable forces, only to be enslaved by them again. Keep your faith in God and your eyes on Christ. Allow the Holy Spirit to continue to guide you. Granted, it may not be easy all the time, but it’s a lot better than the old you were familiar with. Don’t turn back now. God has something great He wants to show you this week.
