The spirit of fear is the foundation of all things wicked and ungodly. Fear generates hate and racism. Fear feeds off ignorance and disbelief. It challenges the wisdom of God and the knowledge of the Holy Spirit. It can distort your vision and extort your faith.
God did not give you the spirit of fear or the spirit of this world. He’s freely given you of Himself - a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. Jesus said the words He speaks are full of the Spirit and life. Therefore, the knowledge and wisdom of God is not hidden from you, but can be received through His word. And if God freely gives His spirit, He also freely gives you His love, peace, strength, forgiveness, and prosperity. You do not have to experience fear or be transformed by the spirit of this world. You can live life as God intended by accepting what He’s freely given you.
