Strength in Weakness

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
— Isaiah 40:29 (NIV)

We all get tired sometimes. But, have you ever noticed that when you are doing the ministry God created you to do, you don’t get as tired or stressed? You find ways to make the impossible possible, and no obstacle is ever big enough to stop you. That’s God strengthening you and increasing your power. If you’re growing weary or if doing ministry becomes a chore, go to God in prayer and ask if this is what He called you to do. He will direct you in your purpose where you will experience no lack.

When your life is Christ-centered, He will increase your strength and power when you become weary. The eyes of the Lord search throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. He expects you to perform miracles through Him when you are operating in your purpose, but don’t become weary or “burnt out” doing things He’s purposed others to do. The body of Christ has many members to complete God’s mission. He wants us all to work together, not for you to do all the work.

When I’m weak, He’s strong

Lord, thank You for giving me strength when I am weary. I pray you increase my power when I grow weak. Thank You Father for directing me into my purpose. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
— This is my prayer
